Level 1 is designed to reacquaint one with the bridge between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind, the chakras. The chakras are broken down in laymen terms and methods are given to show one how to activate their own chakras. At the end of Level 1, the student will be able to turn on their energy system and begin to control the self-healing mechanisms in their body.
